Running Record Assistant is a comprehensive tool for calculating and evaluating Running Record scores. Upon entering the word count, Running Record Assistant promptly generates important metrics such as students' reading rate, accuracy percentage, and self-correction ratio. This app caters to educators from all backgrounds who rely on running records as an assessment tool.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to navigate this user-friendly app:

 <li>Tap the screen to initiate the stopwatch when the student commences reading.</li>
 <li>Mark any errors made by the student by tapping the "Flag Error" button. (Optional)</li>
 <li>If the student self-corrects their error, simply tap the "Self Corrected" button. (Optional)</li>
 <li>Tap "Done" when the reading session is completed.</li>
 <li>Enter the number of words read.</li>
</ol>

Immediately upon completion, users will have access to comprehensive scores, including words per minute, self-correction ratio, and accuracy percentage. By pressing the "Err" and "SC" buttons and entering new values, errors and self-corrections can be easily updated.
